I started Dagher Engineering in 2000 to advance a sustainability agenda in a city that’s at the epicenter of building design and construction. It was my intent to move beyond codes and rating systems to explore the question: How do we create “the best building”? One that is better for the owner, better for the user and, ideally, net neutral for the environment and natural resources. We’ve built a team here of talented professionals who search for whole building solutions: engineers who come to work each day with a purpose and drive that doesn’t leave at the door each night. For me, whether I’m working or sailing or traveling, I’m always thinking of that original question.
