Ritwik Kakati, P.E., LEED AP BD+C, CPHC

Ritwik is a mechanical engineer and an expert on energy analysis, including Computational FLuid Dynamics (CFD) and energy modeling. He leads a team of professionals who have performed modeling services for the Department of Buildings, LEED and Enterprise Green Communities compliance. His group completed energy modeling for the LEED-Gold Certified 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge.
