Passive House

Gaining momentum as a new paradigm in sustainable design, Passive House (or Passivhaus) is a rigorous standard for designing and building energy efficient structures, originally in Europe in 1998. Once committed to this standard, we work closely with owners and architecture to optimize the orientation, fenestration, envelope and systems to maximize passive measures and minimize the need for mechanical heating and cooling.
