Special Inspections

We have a team of DOB-qualified Special Inspectors to verify construction is done in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, focusing on mechanical, fire, smoke and sprinkler, emergency power, storm drainage, standpipe, and fuel storage and piping systems. In accordance with energy code compliance rule 1RCNY 5000-01, Dagher also provides progress inspections on HVAC equipment, ducts, piping and sealing, electrical metering, dampers, lighting power, electrical motors and other equipment.
