Dagher Engineering provided the MEP design for Monroe College’s first dormitory. This property has the total area of 55,000 square feet. The design, which developed with momentum, culminated into several energy and cost saving solutions. This contributed greatly to minimizing life cycle costs and maximizing occupant comfort.
