This project consists of a new waterfront development including more than 500,000 square-feet of condominiums, green space, retail, public areas, restaurants, museums, recreational areas for children and adults, and multi-level parking facilities.

Dagher Engineering is providing the MEP master plan for this property. To help this project achieve LEED certification, Dagher Engineering is providing infrastructure designs that promote energy conservation. The plan includes the integration of radiant floors, geothermal heating and cooling, natural ventilation, as well as water conservation such as rainwater harvesting.
