The 600,000 square-foot mixed use tower will include four stories of below grade parking, twenty-two stories of hotel and guest rooms and thirty stories of residential apartments. There will be two different restaurants included in the hotel space, a hotel service restaurant for room service and internal catering as well as a restaurant open to the public. In addition to the interior spaces, there will also be a ground-level plaza open to the public which includes retail.
