They use 5 billion gallons of water per day for water closet flushing;

 
They generate up to 2.5 lbs of waste per square foot during the construction period;

 
They account for 49% of SOx, 25% of NOx, 35% of CO2, and 10% of particulate emissions.

Provide designs intent on reducing the Impact on natural resources;

 
Improve IAQ;

 
Minimize Life cycle costs;

 
Maximize number of LEEDTM Credits while minimizing the capital impact of certification.

 

PROCESS:


Perform detailed Site and Building Analyses;

 
Systematic Identification of credits that will provide maximum environmental potential for the least cost impact;

Hands on coordination with the design team.
