The world is currently experiencing drastic climatic changes. Currently, 20% of the population uses 80% of the total energy and water resources. The US government is presently curtailing most research and measures that promote conservation and the use of renewable technologies. Foreign governments, eager to catch up with the western world, bypass conservation and promote the wasteful use of energy to achieve short-term economic gains. Unless this policy is altered, we believe that the continued wasteful use and abuse of resources will have catastrophic ramifications on populations.
